Pros: Lovely place. Lovely and friendly staff. Lovely people at the front desk. Excellent hospitality. Cons: I made this booking almost a month in advance. I made a special request for a smoking room at the time of the booking. But for a very long time I was told, smoking rooms are only subject to availability, which didn’t quite make sense to me,as i had booked about a month in advance. Anyways, 2 days before my arrival, it was given to me which I’m grateful for. But I’d appreciate if you can make things clearer, because for some guests, these things do matter a lot. For example, in my case, if I was not allotted the smoking room, I wouldn’t wish to stay at the property.
