Pros: The rooms were clean and nice however we had two other rooms including a business suite where the air conditioning didn’t work and they provided a standing fan. But overall I would still say the rooms were good. Cons: The only restaurant downstairs with multi cuisine the food was really not good. The service at the restaurant was really bad and also the reception staff need a lot of training.
Pros: Good food and location, efficient and prompt room service Cons: Absolutely everything was fine. Just Small notes that I found odd - Restroom didn’t have the makeup magnifying mirror, that’s pretty common for most 5/stars I have stayed at. Also, this maybe quite quirky but I have mostly seen the faucet spray in toilet to be on the right side of the wc ( not on left as in the room) since majority of the population is right handed.
