Pros: The bathroom has to be made safe for senior citizen by installing hand rails under shower as there is no provision to hold in case of slips and toilet to get up safely.
Pros: Not even a 3 star hotel. This hotel desperately needs a renovation. The rooms are so old and run down. Our first room was disgraceful. After much complaining the hotel moved us and while the new room was better it was still terrible. The reception staff were rude and useless. This is a government run building and as tourists we felt totally out of place, at times not able to eat in restaurant, even pool area have to pass over our passports for entry. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Pros: The bathroom in my room was outdated and not very user friendly. The shower had little pressure and it was very difficult to adjust the water temperature. The breakfast service very poor. There was no easily accessible tea of coffee. The food layout was poorly conceived. The chef for the cooking station was often absent. Overall, the hotel is shabby and in need of renovation and renewal, in decor, facilities and service
Pros: Amazing!
