Pros: Breakfast is NOT like in the pictures! The only hotel in Mumbai I have to carry my suitcases through the reception. For three days nobody cleaned my room as I found under the door “because you put sign do not disturb…” but I never used it! There is a manager from time to time, but for 3 days I was not able to find him. The first room I checked in the AC wasn’t working but the staff just delayed me with one hour to wait. There is a better hotel with better breakfast on the same street
Pros: Great Hospitality
Pros: In the heart of colaba, close to Gateway. So if this is the part of Bombay you want to see, then Gordon House is a great place to stay
Pros: Felt it was a bit underwhelming. Read huge praises about breakfast. Just not sure whether it was for the same hotel. Just remember: when in Mumbai book a hotel near to where you need to be. Traffic kills.
