Pros: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Taj Vivanta. I chose this property to celebrate my wife’s birthday because of the brand’s reputation and the commitments made by the hotel staff before our arrival. Unfortunately, none of those promises were fulfilled. Despite informing the hotel in advance about this special occasion, the arrangements that were assured to us were either ignored or not provided at all. This completely spoiled what was meant to be a memorable and precious celebration for my wife. As a premium hospitality brand, I expected professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for guest commitments. Instead, I experienced poor coordination, lack of accountability, and a complete failure to deliver on what was promised. A special occasion cannot be recreated once it is lost. I trusted Taj Vivanta to make my wife’s birthday memorable, but the experience turned out to be deeply disappointing. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future guests do not face similar situations. Overall, this experience did not meet the standards expected from the Taj brand, and I regret choosing this property for such an important occasion. Cons: Very poor response about their commitments and lack of professionalism & also the behaviour of staff.
